Order Procedures & Deadlines for the 2019 U.S. Open
The 2019 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach is sure to be an extraordinary event—and as a corporate hospitality patron you have the exclusive opportunity to order co-branded merchandise for you guests. To ensure your order is a seamless experience, here are our procedures and deadlines.
1. Place your order with the U.S. Open Corporate Merchandise Team via email or on this site. If you are sending an order by email, you must include the following:
- Bill To/Ship To Address
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Item Name, Gender (if applicable), Color, Total Quantity and Size Breakdown by Gender
2. Your order will be processed and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. A U.S. Open Corporate Merchandise Staff Member will be in touch with you within 48 hours with an official order confirmation for your review and approval.
3. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of your order confirmation, or you will have the option to pay in full. We accept payment by credit card or check.
4. Within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, you will receive proofs by e-mail of your corporate logo on each co-branded item for your approval before it is produced.
5. After approving your logo, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your product.
